The insurance company will arrange a scheduled inspection of your property. Please inform your representative from Platinum Roofing and Exteriors about the date and time of the appointment.
Platinum Roofing and Exteriors will assess the exterior of your residence for any indications of damage. Subsequently, we will provide you with the findings in a comprehensive report and explore available options through a discussion.

Platinum Roofing and Exteriors will conduct a post-construction walk-through with you. Any identified issues will be promptly addressed, and if additional trades are required to complete the project, they will be arranged and scheduled accordingly.
Platinum Roofing and Exteriors will forward updated details to the insurance company, incorporating building code elements and permit expenses. The insurance provider will then review and revise their loss statement, sending the insured a modified copy. Ensure to share a copy of the revised statement with your representative at Platinum Roofing and Exteriors.
After the completion of the job, Platinum Roofing and Exteriors will issue a final invoice.
