Platinum Roofing and Exteriors will inspect the exterior of the home for signs of damage. We will share the report and discuss options.

The homeowner should call the insurance company claim center to get the process started. We can meet with you to contact the insurance company together to provide you with the knowledge you'll need to complete the insurance claim.

The insurance company will schedule a time to inspect your property. Be sure to let your Platinum Roofing and Exteriors rep know the date and time of the meeting.

Platinum Roofing and Exteriors will inspect the exterior of the home for signs of damage. We will share the report and discuss options.

Platinum Roofing and Exteriors will do post-build walk-through with you. If there are any issues, they will be addressed. If there are other trades to complete, they will be ordered and scheduled.

Platinum Roofing and Exteriors will send updated information to insurance, including building code items and permit costs. Insurance will review and update their loss statement and send the insured a revised copy. Be sure to send a copy of the revised statement to your Platinum Roofing and Exteriors rep.

Once work is completed, Platinum Roofing and Exteriors will send a final Invoice.
